Due to current volumes, your box might be delayed. If you have not received your box and it has been 7 working days since you received your dispatch email then don't hesitate to contact us and one of our friendly staff will assist you.
To make sure the team are armed with everything they need to get your enquiry resolved please make sure you have your order number readily available.
Upon delivery, boxes are not required to be signed for and will always be left somewhere safe - when possible - if you are not home at the time.
Evri provide you with the option to divert your parcel if you're not going to be in and also to have a named safe place. Be sure to use this service if you know you're not going to be in.
