It's been 5-7 days since I received my dispatch email and still no box! What shall I do?Updated 7 months ago

Due to current volumes, your box might be delayed. If you have not received your box and it has been 7 working days since you received your dispatch email, please contact us and one of our friendly staff will assist you.

Please make sure you have your Order Number to hand.

Upon delivery, boxes are not required to be signed for and will always be left somewhere safe - when possible - if you are not home at the time. 

Evri will also provide an option when they text you to divert your delivery. All info can be found here.
