New boxes are always launched on the 15th of each month.Your Monthly Members recurring payments are always charged on the same date as when you subscribe and received your Welcome Box.Our boxes will start being dispatched from the 17th of the month and can take up to 5 working days to be processed. After this, boxes will be dispatched within 2 working days.You will receive an email update when your box has been dispatched.Deliveries can be expected 3 working days (Mon-Fri) after the dispatch email is received.
